A Canadian Pacific freight train crosses the diamond over Henry Ford's electrified railroad from his Rouge plant south to Flat Rock, then west through Carleton and Maybee, Michigan, a distance of 40 miles. To support the wires, the DT & I erected hundreds of concrete catenary arches.
